COMPLAINTS OR RETURNS
The photos of items serve as illustrations only, and do not always match the real products in all the details. Since monitor settings are highly varied, there are differences in the color perceptions by the human eye and we cannot guarantee full matching of our products’ colors with the colors as perceived by our customers on their monitors. In such cases, complaints are not justified. The right to return is also forfeited in cases of unauthorized modifications or alterations of the product by unauthorized persons.
Should you receive a product you have not ordered, or a faulty product, please let us know by writing to our e-mail address email@example.com. Shipping costs for the returns shall be borne by the seller only in case of the product’s poor quality, whilst in all other cases the buyer covers the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned item, Alex Fashion Ltd. shall either reimburse the total cost to the buyer or replace the faulty/damaged item.
The time frame for returns is 14 days from receipt of the goods, to the following address: Bajči Žilinskog 5, Novi Sad, 21000, Serbia.
The buyer is entitled to return the product in the following cases:
- delivery of an item which was not ordered
- delivery of damaged items, when the damage was incurred due to inappropriate handling during transport/delivery.
Returned items shipped as parcels must be properly packaged in a cardboard box. Improperly packaged returns with visible mechanical damage incurred during transport shall in no case be accepted. Instead, they will be returned to sender.
